US Judge: Trump Media and Rumble Don’t Have To Obey Order From Tyrannical Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes – Devin Nunes and Chris Pavlovski Comment on Victory

It appears like the unfettered, transnational power of tyrannical Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes over US social media platforms has started to collapse.

A US judge has ruled that Trump Media & Technology Group and video-sharing platform Rumble are NOT required to comply with an order from Justice Moraes.

U.S. District Judge Mary Scriven, from Tampa, Florida, found that Moraes’ orders were not delivered to Trump Media and Rumble in accordance with international treaties, and furthermore that there had been no attempt to enforce such rulings on American soil.

Instead of following the process of issuing the usual Letters rogatory to American Justice, Moraes would just fire emails with demands (that were sometimes deemed illegal), with a 24-to-48-hours-deadline to comply, or face steep fines.

As a result, the two US companies ‘are not required to comply’ with the Brazilian justice’s orders.

Reuters reported:

Trump Media and Rumble sued Moraes on February 19, accusing him of trying to ‘censor legitimate political discourse in the United States’.

Meanwhile, the CEOs of the two US companies suing Moraes reacted to this first victory.
