Mr Motivator has opened up about a rather embarrassing blunder which happened live on telly.
The fitness guru, 75, spoke exclusively to Daily Star as he launches home assistance provider HomeServe's Home Stretch campaign. This comes as new research shows that a third of homeowners (34%) say home repairs cause them stress during winter and one in six (17%) are losing sleep over it.
When asked if he's suffered with big TV hiccups over the years, he recalled a moment back from his GMTV days, which he starred one from 1993 - 2000.
The star recalled: "On GMTV I always remember, there were two ladies working out with me and one of them were let's say very well endowed. And we were working out, and all I saw on the monitor was a strap coming undone, and this breast jumping out.
"So, I quickly turned around and blocked the camera and just said to her, 'Not on my show'. Luckily, I was able to sort it out quickly, because I've always been very on the ball with things like that."
When yapping further about his TV heyday, he said there was always one host that stood out miles from the rest, and does to this day, Lorraine Kelly.
Mr Motivator, otherwise known as Derrick Evans, stated: "She's the person that makes you feel comfortable when you're in your presence. It comes across on television too.
"That's why she's survived for so many years. You don't see anything bad written about her.
"She doesn't hear air her laundry in the public and I'm inspired by people like that. I like being around people like that.
"There are so many people in television, you think they're your friends and when you're not on television, they've disappeared."
