Prince William has spoken Welsh in a video posted on social media to mark St David's Day - just days after visiting the country with Princess Kate.
Earlier this week, the Prince and Princess of Wales paid a visit to Pontypridd to attend a series of engagements to mark the annual holiday.
Despite not having had formal lessons, it is understood that William, 42, has been learning some conversational Welsh. It remains unknown who is teaching him and how or where William is learning Welsh.
In the video, he says, speaking Welsh: "Hello, on St David's Day we come together to celebrate Wales - its history, its culture, its incredible people. From its incredible landscapes to its language, Wales continues to inspire.
"Today we will celebrate everything magical about Wales. To all the people of Wales and everybody around the world - happy St David's Day."
In the clip, William is seen wearing a daffodil - which is the national flower of Wales. William and Kate were also seen sporting one during their visit to Wales.
Kate and William, who were delayed by almost an hour, travelled to Pontypridd to mark St David's Day and met people affected by recent flooding.
They caught the train to Cardiff before being picked up by cars to reach their engagements. At the end of their second engagement they had to quickly dash off, with their security team keeping a watchful eye on the time.
Kate, 43, and William were greeted by cheering crowds when they arrived at the town's indoor market where they began their visit by meeting stallholders.
It was the couple's first time visiting Wales since October 2023.
