The Plastic Hearts singer modeled a black sports bra and pink athletic shorts before she changed into a slinky spandex bodysuit.
She was seen extending her leg and using a Miami Beach balcony like a ballet bar with her arms up, before shaking her whole body out.
Miley was joined by a member of her team and what appeared to be her musician beau Morando — a drummer for the band Liily.
The songstress wrapped her arms around him as they looked to share a kiss during a bit of downtime before show prep.
The pair were first spotted getting cozy In Nashville, Tennessee as far back as July, and attended the Gucci fashion show together in November.
And by the looks of it, the two are not set to spend New Year's Eve together in light of her NBC New Year's special.
