It comes after Maura said she allowed herself 'time to grieve' following her split from Giovanni Pernice.

She took part in a fan Q&A on Instagram on Thursday where she was asked for advice on how to deal with a breakup.

Maura responded: 'Allow yourself to grieve! Spend time with the people you love & always remind yourself that everything happens for a reason!!'

The Irish beauty added: 'The people who are meant to be in your life will be in your life.'

Alongside the message, Maura shared a stunning snap of herself sporting a black, short-sleeved shirt while she styled her locks into loose waves.

The reality star also hinted at big career moves in 2022 as she wrote: 'I am already so busy for early next year.'

Maura and Strictly Come Dancing star Giovanni split up in October after a whirlwind four month relationship.
