Louis Theroux shares a sweltering topless pic after Joe Wicks workout

Louis Theroux has urged his fans to 'take care' of themselves, after sharing a sweltering shirtless snap.

The documentarian, 51, revealed that he had completed a gruelling Joe Wicks 15-minute workout after deciding to focus on his 'physical and mental health.'

In the snap shared to Instagram, Louis posed in his kitchen, dripping with sweat after the fitness session.

The filmmaker showcased his toned torso as he promoted the importance of putting time aside to take care of yourself.

Louis penned: 'As the future looks uncertain again it’s important to look after your physical and mental health. I just did the Joe Wicks 15 minute Bondi Beach workout on YouTube and I already feel a million times better. Take care of yourselves.'

He previously struck up a with the fitness coach when he took on the role as executive producer in the BBC show Joe Wicks: Mental Health, My Family and Me.

The Body Coach showed his support for his pal as he commented: 'Rig on the geeze. In the shape of your life. Stay strong Louis.'

Earlier this month, Louis revealed the highs and lows he experienced spending lockdown confined to his North London home with his wife and three children.

The presenter said spending every hour with his wife of nine years Nancy Strang and their three children Albert, 15, Frederick, 13, Walter, six, and unable to leave the house due to COVID regulations saw him turn to 'excessive drinking'.

Speaking to the Mirror, he explained that his drinking had not 'got away from him' but he saw it as a 'way of enjoyment'.

He said: 'If you looked inside me you might notice the wear and tear on my liver due to excessive drinking in lockdown.

'I definitely drank my way through the pandemic, and I actually enjoyed drinking too much.'

Louis became a big fan of Joe's workouts when he decided to take part in the online classes during lockdown which led to the pair then meeting in person.
