Jeremy Clarkson issues major Diddly Squat Farm Shop announcement after closure

Jeremy Clarkson has excited his fans as he prepares to reopen the revamped Diddly Squat Farm Shop. This announcement follows a period of mystery surrounding the Chadlington shop after the store closed its doors in December for an unspecified reason.

In response, the former Top Gear host didn't keep his fans hanging and set up a temporary outpost at his boozer, The Farmer's Dog. Taking to Instagram, Jeremy riled up the anticipation by confirming the shop is now open again after a brief "winter break".

The store hasn't been idling; extensive renovations have taken place, including a bold makeover to its famous sign that now features richer colours and more striking text. Proudly displaying the refreshed signage, Clarkson shared on social media: "Just three days to go until Diddly Squat Farm Shop reopens following the winter break."

Shared on Diddly Squat Farm Shop's official Instagram (@diddlysquat. farmshop), he also dropped a note in the caption, saying: "The team have been working hard to fix and refresh, just look at the sign, it's like new. The doors will be open on Saturday and Sunday 09:30-16:30. Normal hours resume."

It wasn't long before his fans barraged the comments with sheer joy. One eager follower exclaimed: "I'm coming for a visit this year without fail! ! Good luck for the coming season and hopefully it will be plain sailing all the way now. What I've bought online has been brilliant.", reports the Express.

While another fan, buzzing with excitement, shared their travelling plans: "We're on our way down from Manchester for opening day tomorrow can't wait!!!".

One enthusiast remembered: "I've been twice ... even got a pet from lovely Lisa - she is my fav," while another frequent visitor said, "Time to stock up on that absolutely incredible blackberry jam!".

An excited globetrotter posted: "Visiting from Australia to see family in the UK next month, will be popping in for sure!".

The buzz around Clarkson's Farm escalates as Jeremy Clarkson teased the series' much-anticipated comeback on our screens this Spring.

After basking in the limelight of his hit docu-series, Amazon Prime Video green-lit another season in November 2023.

Jeremy, dropping a snap promoting the show, wrote: "UPDATE! In the editing phase, estimated release date is still May 2025! We can't wait! Who else is excited? #clarksonsfarm."
