Identity of the horse sitting next to Danny Dyer revealed as bizarre outfit baffles BRITs viewers...

DANNY Dyer's table at The BRITS was the talk of the town as the awards ceremony hit London on Saturday.

While Sabrina Carpenter's racy performance kicked off proceedings - with fans forecasting an "Ofcom complaint warning" due to her risque lingerie - Charli XCX swept the board with five gongs.

BRITS host Jack Whitehall, 36, caused controversy with his jokes at the chaotic ceremony.

Jack poked fun at KSI, Stephen Hawking and even made a so-called quip about rapper P Diddy - and fans were unimpressed.

Yet another shock saw former EastEnders actor Danny Dyer, 47 - who had dropped a swear word in the ceremony - sitting next to a female wearing a striking red bodycon dresswith a horse mask on her head.

The actor was discussing his new film Marching Powder when he struggled to find the right words to describe it without getting himself into trouble.

Yet viewers were more confirmed about the stallion on the seating plan.

The scenes caused confusion among fans, with one taking to X to write: "Are we all seeing a HORSE next to Danny Dyer right?"

Another posted: "Who the bleep is that horse with Danny Dyer?"

A third then put: "Everyone wants to know what Danny Dyer said but I just want to know who the horse is?????"

Another mused: "I'm just wondering, why is Danny Dyer sitting next to a horse?"

Yet the person's identity had been revealed.

They are none other than German DJ HorsegiirL, who is known for never breaking character.

The Berlin-based star has descried herself as "half horse, half human."

The dance and electronic producer, who is also known as Stella Stallion, rocketed to fame on TikTok following her 2023 track, My Barn My Rules.

HorsegiirL previously told i-D she was "making up my own melodies in my head when I was a young foal” and was "discovered by Whitney Horston at a harvest fest."

Her debut single Harvest Heartbreak was released in 2022.

She refers to fans as her "farmies" and claimed on her Instagram bio "horse rights are human rights."

The tattooed star told her recent TikTok video: "At least at my shows I feel people come in everything, they come in farm dressing with like hats.

"And others come in normal clothing like they just came out of the office.

"There's really no actual dress code."

On her Instagram page, she posted a snap with Maya Jama, and an icon of a horse face next to a glass of wine.
