A TEMU shopper has revealed that she took a risk and ordered a sofa from the budget online retailer.

But whilst Bekah, a content creator from Iowa, US, was not expecting much from her purchase, the blonde beauty was left beaming when it arrived and she unboxed it.

The influencer, who has 2.7 million likes on TikTok, recently moved into a new apartment and bought herself a large cream couch from the Chinese marketplace.

Keen to show off her new purchase, Bekah took to social media and shared a short unboxing clip, which she posted with the caption ‘Took a risk on this one.’

As she unboxed the Temu couch, which came in two boxes, and began putting it together, she shared: “So far, it's promising. Let's put this baby together.”

Once the sofa was finally put together, Bekah beamed: “It is actually exactly like the photo. I'm shocked.

“And it is literally so fluffy and giant and big.

“It's exactly what I was picturing, so, yeah, 10 out of 10. Thank you, Temu, you pulled through on this one.”

Bekah later confirmed that the sofa cost her $770 [£608], much more pricey than many of their online listings, but reasonably priced compared to a lot of high-street couches.

The large ribbed sofa, which looks more like a double bed than a standard living room piece of furniture, is perfect for cosying up on chilly winter nights.

Bekah also claimed that the sofa came with eight small pillows and shared her plans to give it a quick steam.

Bekah revealed that her purchase, which she hailed as "so comfy and big", was exactly what she had hoped for.

She continued: “I really just wanted a big lounging couch for movie nights and I think this is perfect, so I'm thoroughly impressed.”

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @bekahisboring, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 420,700 views.

Social media users were impressed with the Temu sofa and many eagerly flocked to the comments to express this.

One person said: “I so want this couch.”

Another added: “WOOOOWWW it looks so cosy!!!”

A third commented: “Looks so soft!”

Meanwhile, someone else beamed: “I’m loving this.”
