A PAEDO has been allowed to move to the UK even after he lied about a child sex conviction — because stopping him would violate his human rights.
The perv, 44, served three years in a US jail for a 2009 sex attack on a girl under 16.
Named only as OS, he was deported from the US to Jamaica, where he continued to pursue relationships with under-age girls.
He married one he met when she was 15.
She had his baby at 24 in 2015 and moved to the UK with her little girl.
And he can now come here too after a court ruled that blocking him from living with his family would breach his human rights.
He had applied without disclosing the jail stint.
He later confessed and was rejected but won an appeal using the European Convention on Human Rights.
Senior Tory MP Sir Alec Shelbrooke said the Government “must address the ECHR”.
The Home Office said: “We remain resolute in ensuring there are no barriers to deport foreign criminals, as it is in the public interest for them to be removed swiftly.”
