She showcased her sensational figure in a skimpy red patterned dress with a daringly low cut out, which she teamed with a pair of coral heels.
Ferne flaunted her natural good looks with a smokey-eye make-up palette and a slick of pink lipstick as she gave a seductive pout.
The former TOWIE star styled her golden tresses in a natural wave across her shoulders and carried her essentials in a pink shoulder bag.
She was joined by her best friend, Mummy Diaries star Billie, who looked sensational in a brown spotted dress, which showed off her slender pins with a thigh split.
Billie styled her shoulder length blonde locks in a loose wave and sported a bronzed palette of make-up for the evening out.
Also joining them for the New Year's celebrations were pals Stephenie Turp, Suzie Wells, Francesca Butler and InTheStyle's Adam Frisby and Jamie Corbett.
The group started their evening with drinks on the poolside before heading to watch British singer Becky Hill perform at Siyam World Maldives.

Ferne, who joined Billie's clan in the idyllic location with daughter Sunday, four, earlier this week, looked sensational as she frolicked on the beach in a dusty blue bikini.
