Franklin Brass Co. has purchased a 102,000-square-foot tilt-up concrete building at 5353 Grosvenor St. that it will use for corporate offices and as a bathroom fixture assembly plant.
The purchase price for the building and 4.3 acres of land was $6 million. the Goodglick Co. represented the seller, Grosvenor Properties Inc., while Commercial Industrial Associates represented the buyer.
