Miami Dolphins ace Tyreek Hill is being sued for $50,000 after adult star Sophie Hall accused the NFL ace of breaking her leg.
According to the adult website model's deposition, due to "crushing force" during a backyard football session two years ago, her right leg has been fractured. With the reconstructive surgery in which Hall had to undergo, she is asking to be paid for damages worth a hefty £40,000.
In her lawsuit, she claims the NFL star had knocked her down with enough power for her to need surgery. However, what Hall also admits is that the pair had sex the same night - after the incident.
Hill had supposedly given Hall a piggyback ride to his bedroom. When asked by Hill's attorney, Robert Horwitz, whether Hall made any attempt to call the police, leave the house or change rooms, she said 'no'.
The adult model explained that the two of them had sex "just once" on the night of the incident. She then continued to say that they did the deed again "later" the next day.
Asked why she stayed in his room following her injury, she said: "No, because he was only aggressive in that moment after they had laughed at him and, and during those plays.
"But after the plays it went back to a normal demeanour, so he was being more himself." She continued: "I wanted comfort, I felt very vulnerable in that moment. I was injured."
Hall then reportedly went on to stay for several days in Hill's Florida mansion. The pair had met just a month before the injury when she enrolled her young son in Hill's football camp.
In the deposition in October last year, Hall seemed to not blame the Dolphins wide receiver for intentionally damaging her as seen in texts she sent to her sister.
"That’s not the words I used. I said I got injured while playing," she wrote. "I just said that I was trying to guard him and that’s how I got hurt."
Hill's lawyer, Horwitz, claims the adult model actually broke her leg tripping over a dog. He also believes that her goal in regards to the lawsuit is to create big headlines to increase traffic to her online website.
Horwitz commented: "On certain of her accounts, they are member only, requiring the payment of money for monthly subscriptions. Her revenue and income rely heavily on her being seen by as many users as possible.
"In regard to this case, it is clear that the plaintiff is highly motivated not only from getting money in this case, but to growing her online social influencer business."
